Marie-Claude Charbonneau - President - VP Strategic Development
President of our corporation, Marie-Claude Charbonneau is also the Strategic Development Vice-President here at Mynsoft. As the pillar of our organization, she develops the internal structure of the company with the help of her administrative team in order to make the company successfully evolve over time. With more than 12 years of experience in the management world, she put her leadership and managerial skills to good use to promote Mynsoft’s success and created a strong team of experienced IT specialists and managers.
With her passion for business world, she innovates and develops business processes which helps give Mynsoft an advantage on its competition. She promotes teamwork and closely follows the interpersonal growth of employees, so that they can grow personally as well professionally in a serene environment. Having graduated with a BBA and being young and dynamic, she showed bravery and determination in order to make her dream of being the head of a company come true and plays a significant role in the continued success of the company.
Yvan Laberge - VP technological service
With a BAC in Physics and IT, Yvan Laberge is the Vice President of technology here at Mynsoft. With his experienced background in software development, he was part of a large number of projects which allowed him to gain a great deal of experience in the problems surrounding business engineering, requirements management, software architecture, software design, Object Oriented development and software process improvement. He pays special attention to the growth of our specialists to ensure effective technological advancement in order to identify potential innovations to improve the productivity of our clients. He ensures that every effort is made so that our clients benefit from our expertise, either through directly supporting our consulting activities or by doing a follow up after knowledge transfer services were provided by our training and mentoring specialists. Daily, he teaches IT professionals and advises business leaders in application development.
